Frequently asked questions
What do I get?
A ZIP file with 21 documents, each as an editable Word file (.docx) and a print-ready PDF. You download it right after checkout, and the link is also emailed to you.
Can I put our own name and logo on it?
Yes. Every document starts with blanks for the association name, logo and contact. Owner-facing pages carry no CondoWorkbook branding, so they go out under your name.
Which license do I need?
A board that runs one association needs the Single association license ($149). A management company that wants to use the kit across the communities it manages needs the Management company license ($399), which covers up to 25 associations.
What are the 12 months of updates?
When we revise a document in the first 12 months after you buy, the same download link gets you the new version.
Is this legal advice?
No. The kit is general information and templates. Your Declaration (CC&Rs), bylaws, rules and state law control. Have the association's counsel review each document before first use.
Can I use it in any state?
The documents are written to work with any governing documents. You fill in your own CC&R sections and rules. State law can change the defaults, so check with counsel.
